The American Chemical Society relies on its valuable volunteers to ensure the success of its mission, and your DFW Local Section of the ACS (ACSDFW) does, too.
Not only are members (officers) of the Executive (governance) Committee elected each year, but there are many other options – on the local and national levels – to share the love of sciences and promote chemistry – and your career.
Some jobs take some doing, and some are one-time-only that take only a couple hours, if that.

ACS DFW will hold elections later this fall. Chair-Elect, Secretary, Councilor and Alt-Councilor will be on the ballot. This session will help inform our members about how to volunteer and/or work with our local section and to encourage candidacy for positions on the ACS DFW Executive Committee,
