Abstract Deadline:  Thursday, April 5

Use standard ACS format (click here or here) and submit the abstract via email as an MS Word attachment and include with the abstract a cover letter including

  • name of the student

  • graduate or undergraduate presenter

  • title of the presentation

  • name of the sponsor (major professor)

  • name of the institution

  • email address of the presenter

  • telephone number of the presenter 

  • All abstracts should be submitted to Bill Hendrickson at hendrick@udallas.edu

 

Each presentation should be carefully planned for effective delivery and questions in 15 minutes.

Make sure to allot 3 ~5 minute for  a question, answer, and discussion period with your audience.
